Starry Special Vehicle, the former Golden Bull Machinery Factory, founded in 2005, is specialized in highway engineering machinery. We have a well-established factory covering an area over 20,000 square meters, at the capacity of 1 billion per year.
In 2006, we passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. We also passed National CCC certification and Quality Credit Rating certification. We strictly abide by every rule of national and international quality control requirements in manufacturing process.
Under the support of Xi'an R & D Center and Beijing Sales Center, we have developed dominant highway engineering machines, civil and sanitary machines as well as other road construction and maintenance machines, more than 40 products available now.
Our products have been spread out all over China and exported to many countries in Asia, Africa and Europe, e.g. Russia, Kazakhstan & Al-Jilfah, receiving good reputation among customers.
